A blog for the summer 2016 NEiA Advanced Layout class with instructor, Coni Porter. The purpose is to offer faculty and peer feedback in a timely manner, allowing and encouraging the students to progress in a focused and productive way.
Ophelia – great logo and organized brief. My only comment is to rethink your fonts. These are ubiquitous fonts that we see so often they don’t have any character. Keep looking for just the right fonts that pair well, and make the typography unique.
Lastly – the color palette is hard to critique against this brilliant blue background. If you intend to use this background in your projects, I suggest you rethink your color palette. If you really aren’t planning to use it – then I suggest you tone down the blue to a more neutral color – or a light grey that could be also included in your color palette (white and black do not need to be included here… they are allowed in the design without being an official part of the palette).
