I think this is the best outcome of your logo thus far! I like that you finally boxed it in a shape. For the words EAGLE PRESS I would line them up so that PRESS sits evenly under EAGLE. Both have 5 letters in them so i think they should be able to line up perfectly. On the letterhead, towards the right side with the company information, I wouldn't center the text, it looks awkward. I would just keep it left aligned in that right corner. For your business card I'm a little confused, or at least I want to make sure I'm looking at it the way you want it to...is it a more elongated card? Making it thinner?

For the envelope, I wouldn't change the colors of the logo. Keep it the same on all so it remains consistent.

    Nice work!

  2. Your logo is looking a lot better. I really like the design on the envelope, but it seems like you have it on the back, the side with the flap and it would cover the design. I also feel like the design part of the letterhead is a bit low, it leaves less room for text. I'm also curious as to why you chose that size for your business card.

  3. Keenan – Having the icon sit inside this shape is a good idea. More thoughts:

Logo: Have you considered having the eagle head’s lower feathers actually touch the bottom of the rounded rectangle that surrounds it? I ask this because I’m going to suggest that you use white for the eagle head, and a darker color for the rectangle. I think this will make the icon look more contemporary, and allow the negative space of the page to move up and into your icon. Try it, and keep experimenting a bit further.

Typography – why is “Press” moved to the right creating an empty white shape between it and the icon? Unless you have a good reason for this, I suggest you FL both words to the logo (but maybe leave a bit more space than I see currently to the left of “Eagle”.

Remove “CEO of Eagle Press”. If you want to use that title, it would sit beneath someone’s name – like Ethan Torvens on the business card.

Business Card: Wrong size. Please work with 3.5” x 2” – the standard business card size. I like that you are thinking about the back side – often it doesn’t cost any extra to print on the back of a card these days.

Envelope: I see that you are changing the icon color – no can do. Consistency of a brand is important. After you have refined, reworked that icon - please use it as you have designed it.

Phone numbers and email/web addresses do not belong in return addresses – please remove.

You are almost there with the identity projects!
